SAVE THE MUSIC, from words… to facts…
A Performance organised by De Musica Fondazione Antonio Monzino, with the collaboration of De Musica Associazione Onlus, to raise further funds for the continuity of the Save the Music project and, therefore, to donate other musical instrument kits to those schools which, despite having been indicated by the Regional General Headquarters of Education, were not selected during the first phase.
The night saw the performance of the students of the “Luini-Falcone” secondary school in Rozzano (the first to be the beneficiary of the fundraising during the Pooh’s tour) and that of the “F. Baracca” musical secondary school in Magenta (MI), directed by Prof. Antonello Ghidoni. Afterwards, a “musical dialogue” between the Magenta school and the students from the Municipal Jazz courses and, finally, a “jazz concert” by Franco Cerri and Enrico Intra, accompanied by their Double Trio music group.
